Today, we took Alice for her first haircut. 
At 16 months of age, Alice had still not had her first haircut. Her hair on top was so long, I always had to put it up in a ponytail to keep it out of her eyes.
Alice did not like it, but she was a trooper. There were a few tears, but it was over quickly and her new "do" is adorable!
