Today, we took Alice for her first haircut. 
At 16 months of age, Alice had still not had her first haircut. Her hair on top was so long, I always had to put it up in a ponytail to keep it out of her eyes.
Alice did not like it, but she was a trooper. There were a few tears, but it was over quickly and her new "do" is adorable!

Alice is crying! Now I am crying too!!
I love her new "do". It's soooooo cute and perfect for her. It will be easier and faster to get ready in the morning. She's even more beautiful!!!
